Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley (used to make cookies, pasta, bread), which is difficult for the body to break down and for many can cause digestive discomfort.  The intestinal wall becomes sensitive and permeable allowing non desirable components to enter our system (also known as the leaky gut). With our IQB Technology, we specifically selected Bifidobacterium longum  IQB 2901 and Bifidobacterium breve IQB 0611 for their ability to dampen intestinal response resulting from gluten exposure.     Can I stop my gluten free diet?

    If your doctor advises you to maintain a gluten free diet, you should follow their advice. If you are intolerant, a gluten free diet is always a good option.
