What capsules should I take first? The iron or the probiotics?
It shouldn't matter which of the capsule to start with but we would advise starting with the iron capsules.
At what time of day do I take my daily dose of Ferro Fatigue Redux?
Take 1 capsule per day. Preferably during breakfast. It can be taken any time of the day but during a meal reduces the risk of GI issues and in the morning is better because hepcidin increases during the day.
Can it be used for long periods or is it better to take it in cycles or have a break?
Ferro Fatigue Redux can be used on the long term daily. There is no need to observe breaks. If you have a tendency to have low iron levels, difficult absorption, there is high chance you'll be back to low levels when stopping. If doubts, please consult your health care practitioner.

How do I know if I am iron deficient?
One of the main symptoms of iron deficiency is (extreme) fatigue. But you will not know for sure if you are iron deficient unless you get some blood tests done. Consult your doctor to see if you suspect you are iron deficient.
