How long does it take to ship and deliver the product?
We dispatch orders on the same day if orders are placed before 13:00. Otherwise the products are dispatched the following business day. Shipment duration can differ depending on the destination. The average times for some popular destinations:
The Netherlands: 1-2 days
Belgium: 1-2 days
Germany: 1-2 days
France: 3-4 days
Spain: 4-5 days
United Kingdom: 2-3 days
Italy: 3-4 days
How can I follow my order?
You will receive a track and trace of your order once your probiotics have been dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURNS
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Customers have the right to return or cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt without justification. Upon written request, customers will be credited the full order amount including incurred shipping costs. Return costs will be paid by the customer. Should you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the BIODAMI with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Products need to be returned 14 days after written agreement of cancellation or return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange your product? or did you make a mistake with the order?
The fastest way to ensure you get the right product is to purchase the correct product separately. We will make sure you are refunded for the exchanged product. Important: you cannot exchange the product or get a refund once you have opened the blisters.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept returns or refunds on gift cards or vouchers.
